Réclamant l’arrêt du procès: Raj Dayal essuie un revers
Il avait réclamé l’arrêt du procès dans l’affaire Bal Kouler mais les magistrats de la cour intermédiaire ont rejeté la motion de Raj Dayal ce vendredi 15 juin. «The trial process itself is adequately equipped to address the issues raised by defence should they reveal themselves to be consequential in the light of evidence that may eventually be adduced», disent les magistrats.
