Lady Elahe Tirvangadum est décédée ce vendredi 9 mars des suites des complications cardiaques. Elle avait été admise à l’hôpital privé Apollo Bramwell depuis quelques jours.


L‘épouse de Sir Harry Tirvengadum n’est plus. Lady Elahe Tirvengadum est décédée ce vendredi 9 mars, des suites de complications cardiaques à l’hôpital Apollo Bramwell. Elle avait été admise depuis quelques jours. Aux dires des proches, les médecins ont tout fait pour la sauver. Ses funérailles sont prévues à une date ultérieure.&nbsp


D’origine Iranienne, Lady Elahe Tirvengadum a toujours été aux&nbspcôtés de son époux depuis l’éclatement de l’affaire de la caisse noire d’Air Mauritius, que ce dernier a longtemps dirigé.


Elle avait même été accusée d’avoir comploté avec Gérard Tyack dans le but de détourner quelque Rs 1 324 608.50 d’Air Mauritius au courant des années 1986, 1988 et de 1991 à 1994. Le DPP avait instruit un procès contre Lady Elahe , le 17 octobre 2001, mais les accusations avaient été rayées par le DPP, quelques mois plus tard.

To all of the heartfelt message of condolences, on behalf of my family we thank you from the bottom of our hearts. They have helped us and given us a lot of courage in this trying time of sadness.
To the rest of you who have mouths that no soapy water could wash, the cruelty is inhuman and vicious. The disrespect has no limits. I am sure this is what my mother would have wanted me to say to you.

Once again our sincere appreciation for the kind words that help us in our grief. It is heartwarming to see that there are some decent people left in this world and who are worth mentioning and thanking

I have never in my life seen such despicable comments regarding a death of a person. My wish is that these people learn the power of silence and keeping nasty comments to themselves. I hope no one ever says such awful comments about your families one day and I hope that those who have posted awful comments have the decency to raise the next generation to be kind.
