@ Lezbouf Its is because of narrow-minded people that innocent people find themselves behind bars !!!....Big thanks to some readers like Henri, Carmagnole, Bardoise etc who have always written justified comments to support the 2 poor guys wrongly accused. Now it's time to re-open the inquiry to have the REAL MURDERER.

A mon avis ti besoin mette Hector Tuyau li ene dimoune comptent, d'ailleurs p trouver so travail ki li p faire.

They should not be charged for theft. There was no witnesses. The only way to sur it would be to find out if these two innocent people had left any fingerprints on the wallet or purse.
Remember, they were under threat to "vow" that they did try steal money in the room.Michaela was the only person who " had seen them stealing ". This idea cannot be confirmed by any body although these two people have said that they were stealing. Can the wall speak on behalf of Michaela ?

I am not a fan of Hindi movies, and never say Hindi films are stupid ? Are all movies projected on our screens ,educational and beneficial to our viewers ? I doubt it.Films are a means of entertainment. You judge them as you liuke but do not generalise that all Hindi Movies are stupid.I wonder if ever you watch these movies.
You can say that Hindi films are stupid, but remember that Hindi films are shown all over the world, and Hindi songs are broadcast in each and every corner of the world.have you heard a Chines guy singing Hindi songs,a black African man singing hindi songs:I leave in Europe since my childhood and have friends from all over the world and they are fans of Hindi movies. So,please do not call these hindi films stupid.

The name of the Hotel, the room number and even the bath tub have been replaced,The fact that a murder has been committed at Legends will remain for a very long time.
Those accused falsely for the murder are traumatised for ever. The ill treatment given by the inquirers will haunt them day and night. They will never be able to live as freemen although they have been cleared by the HIgh Court.
How about the person who has killed Michaela ? Where is he ? Police should look for him, either in Mauritius or abroad. The true murderers will be caught one day or another ,even though the case has been closed ( I doubt this.)The case will be reopened hopefully.Justice will be done if not now later on ,yes.

Its a great shame that the true culprits are still at large. However sad it is for he Harte family we have to trust our justice. It may be true that the collection of evidence may have been faulty and below standard but we cannot send innocent people to jail. Yes the way the police handle the case needs to be rewied and lesson hopefully learnt. It is unacceptable that confession should be sought through violent and abusive practices. The police should now concentrate all their efforts to briging the real culprit(s) to justice. Once again my sincere condolences go the Harte family.

The outcome of this court case is unequivocal.
What it is saying to tourists is: In Mauritius even in a 5 star hotel there is no security, you can get robbed, even get killed and the killer or killers may not get caught and get the sentence they deserve. The relatives of the victims may have no hope of getting any justice.
So this is not a pretty image at all.

Every day some people are writing that it was an unfair verdict and that no justice has been done. Some people feeling only for the death of Michaela who was murdered in Room 1025.
How about Reshma the wife of Avinash who had a miscarriage after a three month pregnancy ?She lost her first baby because of this case in which her husband was prime suspect.? NO body is talking about this unborn human being.Common show some respect to her loss. This was anoither tragedy in the life of the couple. The couple has had a very difficult time while Avinash was in detention. No one has the gut to send a message of condolences to Reshma.Although the baby was not born ,still the foetus was a human being.
The whole family of Avinash and Sandeep have been traumatised since their arrest.Still, some people say that there is no justice in this heinous case.I am sure if these two men were guiulty of murder they would have said," at last the McAreaveys and Hartes have got justice.None of the se families have said a word of condolences to Reshma and even to Avinash.

Now is the time to ask where is the first wife of Mr.John McAreavey.Has the Irish Government ever made so much of noise about her disappearance ? Why picking on the two suspects. They are no longer suspects. They are free .
